Program Overview

The 5G Leadership series is a program of 19 webinars directed to improving and practicing leadership skills and career development in today’s working world, and for the future.

This program focuses on three leadership skills pillars: The Collaborative Environment, Building Connections and Purposeful Leadership. All competencies weave together to create the ultimate Stakeholder Engagement. These skillsets include topics of self-branding, body language, professionalism, etc. Each webinar belongs to one of the three pillars which will aid in tracking progress through the program.

Facilitators are seen as mentors through this process and streamline the learning process for participants. Along with completion of the entire series, AltusLearn awards the participant with a 5G digital badge which can be showcased through social media, resumes, and anywhere that the participant would like to show their accomplishment.

The Workshop

Each workshop is approximately 40 minutes (30 minutes facilitation time, followed by 10 minutes of facilitator and online group question and answers on the presented topic.

Online Delivery

Online-Live Session and On-Demand.

The 5G Leadership program is delivered online in a blended format of on-demand course content, live sessions either one on one or in a small online group with additional interaction within the 5G Leadership online community.

 

Program Facilitators


Dr. Mary Cowan, Accomplished Radiologic Program Director and Instructor with 17 years of blended program management and teaching history and demonstrated experience with leading program development and implementation initiatives, facilitating college accreditation processes, and expanding institutional sphere of influence, enrollment, and market impact. Skillful educator entrusted with managing the execution of end-to-end program design and new program launch initiatives. Detail-oriented, analytical, and resourceful Thought Leader with a reputation for strategizing and driving the development of learning assessment tools and programs and optimizing learning outcomes, program development quality, and market impact.

Dr. James Getman a Doctor of Management in Organizational Leadership and former Naval Officer, private sector CEO and a current adjunct professor having taught Communications for Empowerment, Human Resource Management, Communication and Strategic Management, Public Speaker and Leadership & Management. In additional to the adjunct opportunities Dr. Getman is a corporate leadership development consultant which is a disabled, veteran-owned small business.
