Patients Rock! Module 4: Trust Me! Creating Trust with Your Patients and/or Colleagues

Do you want to know how to build trust in your organization? How to gain the trust of your patients and/or colleagues? This module will help! You can’t always control the trust you experience in your organization, but you can act in ways that promote trust within your immediate work environment. This environment can include your department, your team/unit or your coworkers. Are you a supervisor or manager? A recent study by the World Economic Forum found that only one in three employees don’t trust their manager. Another study by EY found that number to be even lower, with only 46% having trust in their organization and 49% in their boss/team. This module is about closing that “trust gap” with patients and colleagues.
