Today’s workforce is complex, made up of an unprecedented 5 generations and has many layers of dimensional diversity. While this presents challenges, it also creates opportunities.
Having a “personal brand” is important for professional success, as a leader; it is the unique ‘story’ which sets individuals apart.
It makes others mentally aware of one’s unique strengths and establishes personal connections. It is an important part of eliminating stereotypes.
Providing tools to increase self-awareness and build a “powerhouse” personal brand will give participants a competitive advantage, especially in leadership positions.
