One can dream.... Sadly enough all my jobs, especially in healthcare did not feel safe. There was conciergence training and how to serve the customers, yet the staff was often cliquish and did not always care about each other enough to have their backs. Quite sad, as Simon Sinek is absolutely right, so why can we not all lead and stick together like a big happy family. It should not take a life and death situation like in the military to stick together with our workplace tribe. Just a little more politeness and kindness toward our fellow human kind, regardless to whether you are janitor or CEO.
