About Barbara J. Grabher, CNMT, RT (N)

Barbara Grabher has been in the field of Nuclear Medicine for over 30 years, she earned her Associates Degree in Nuclear Medicine from Delaware Technical and Community College, Newark, DE
in 1983. She is board-certified by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists and the Nuclear Medicine Technology Certification Board in nuclear medicine. She was a past secretary for the Delaware Valley Society of Nuclear Medicine Technology Grassroots
Chapter in Philadelphia, PA. Throughout her career, Ms. Grabher has worked in a wide range of clinical settings including both large teaching institutions as well as small rural hospitals.

Ms. Graber also worked in the private practice sector as well as within industry. In June 2006 she wrote an article for the Uptake Newsletter on "The Top 10 Steps for Passing your NCT Exam". She's given presentations at the local
level as well as nationally at multiple SNMMI Annual Meetings on topics related to both Nuclear Cardiology and Best Practices in Acquiring and Processing Brain SPECT imaging with I-123 Ioflupane. She is a member of the Society of Nuclear Medicine Technologist
Section and has affiliations that include the Society of Nuclear Medicine, and the American Society of Radiologic Technologists. She was an Applications Specialist for GE Healthcare for 9 years technically supporting Myoview and was an integral member of GE’s
Marketing brand team that brought DaTscan I-123 Iloflupane to market in 2010. Barbara worked for Capintec, Inc. as the National Sales Manager for the US and Canada.

Barbara
earned her Six Sigma Greenbelt, LEAN and Blackbelt certificates specializing in healthcare in 2013. She is the President and Chief Consultant of Grabher Consulting and Specialty Services. She received her Bachelor’s
degree in Organizational Management from Wilmington University in 2018. She currently works for Piramal Imaging as a Clinical Applications Specialist supporting their PET amyloid imaging agent Neuraceq (florbetaben F18 injection).
