Application in the Theories of Management for Healthcare is a great course for experienced managers, new managers and healthcare professionals looking to move into a healthcare management role.

Learners will learn about and understand what Total Quality Management (TQM) is and how it applies to your role within healthcare. The learner will also learn about how a healthcare organizations human resources are organized and understand different management levels associated with the learner’s responsibilities (conceptual, communication and technical experience).

Lastly this course will present to the learner leadership styles and methods of communication. Learners will also understand how to identify and apply leaderships and communication styles.
