CE for Specialty: Athletic Training No continuing education is required. However, licensees shall maintain their current BOCATC certification to renew. All New Hampshire Athletic Trainer licenses expire biennially on December 31st of every even-numbered year.
CE for Specialty: Audiology/SLP CE: 30 Contact Hours must be completed each 2 year renewal period. Licenses expire at the end of the calendar year in odd-numbered years. (e.g., December 31st, 2013.)
CE for Specialty: Dietetics/Nutrition 20 hours of continuing education are due every two years.  Continuing education must be approved by the board.
CE for Specialty: Emergency Medical Services New Hampshire EMT-Intermediate/85 licenses have a March 31st expiration. CE Requirements for EMTs and Paramedics EMT-Intermediate/85: 12 hours of ALS CE; and an additional 36 hours of CE
CE for Specialty: Laboratory Technology There are no Continuing Education requirements.
CE for Specialty: Massage Therapy CE: 12 Contact Hours must be completed over a two a year renewal period.
CE for Specialty: Medicine and Surgery CE: 100 Contact Hours of approved continuing medical education (CME) requirements every 2 years, 40 hours of which shall be in Category I, and no more than 60 credit hours of which shall be in Category II. Licenses must be renewed every two years. Each license shall automatically expire on July 1st of the year in which the licensee’s renewal is set to occur, unless the licensee has applied to the Board for renewal of license by June 30th of the year in which the licensee’s renewal is set to occur.
CE for Specialty: Occupational Therapy CE Requirements: 12 hours of continuing professional education annually, 6 of those hours need to be clinical application. 24 hours of continuing professional education biennially, 12 of those hours need to be clinical application. All Occupational Therapy licenses expire December on 31 in every odd-numbered year.  Renewal notices are sent out from the office no later than October 15 of the renewal year.
CE for Specialty: Pharmacy 15 hours of continuing education must be completed by January 1 annually. Home study must be approved by the board. 5 hours shall be earned in didatic (live) setting. ACPE-approved courses for Pharmacy Technicians end in the letter “T”. ACPE-approved courses pharmacists (only) end in the letter “P”.  Courses ending in the letter “P” cannot be used to meet pharmacy technician CE requirements.
CE for Specialty: Pharmacy Technician No continuing education is required. Registrations shall expire March 31st and must be renewed annually.
CE for Specialty: Physical Therapy CE Requirements: PTs and PTAs must renew by December 31st of even numbered years. CE: 30 contact hours required biennially for PTs; 20 for PTAs.
CE for Specialty: Psychology 40 hours of continuing education must be completed every renewal period. All licensees must complete a minimum of 6 hours in ethics. Licenses must be renewed biennially and will automatically expire 2 years from the date of issue or renewal.
CE for Specialty: Radiology Technology Does not require licensure.
CE for Specialty: Respiratory Therapy 24 hours of continuing education are due December 1st of the renewal year–licenses that end in odd numbers renew on odd-numbered years, licenses that end in even numbers renew on even-numbered years.   Completion of a minimum of 6 contact hours of continuing education in: a.  Current treatment or management of infectious diseases; b.  Advances in the pharmacologic treatment of the cardio-pulmonary system; c.  New modes of respiratory care; or d.  Any other current topics in respiratory care                             ALSO: Taking and scoring in the passing range on all parts of the NBRC self-assessment examination designed for the highest NBRC credential the applicant has obtained.
CE for Specialty: Social Work Renewal: forty (40) social work contact hours must be completed every two (2) years from date of issue. Six (6) hours related to ethics required. Twenty (20) hours of home study permitted. Forty (40) hours of continuing education credits are required every two (2) years, plus twenty (20) hours of collaboration per year
